BELLA NAILS AND SPA

Although I had paid for my service. I left Bella nails in Hartsville SC on Monday February 12th unhappy with my nails. I went to my car got a second opinion from a friend and after she stated they didn’t look the best I went back in and asked nicely for them to be taken off and to get something different . I was told by the lady in all purple with braces (that refused to give me her name after I said I would be leaving a review)) they looked fine and that I would have to pay all over again so I then stated that I would rather just get them taken off which she said would be $15 . Money isn’t the issue but it’s really the principle behind it especially since I was being nice .After sitting and thinking I asked for them to just change the black. Whoever this lady is I just want to address the fact that’s she’s very rude especially since I went in being very reasonable about the situation. She told me I should go back to school to be a nail tech and recommend that I go around the nail shop and get others opinions on my nails when I’m the one wearing them . I was not only unsatisfied with the service but I was embarrassed. If I could rate with no stars I would .

This was my first visit amd was not.impressed. I had an.appt bit still waited over 30 min to get started. Second issue was the towel from the previous client was used again not changed that doesn't seem very hygienic to me all the nails are differ len amd not shaped well a few are crooked amd.have some.sharp edges. Sorry for the poor review but I am not happy with the results amd wish I would have taken the time to look closer but I didn't have my glasses on.
